Transformational Tool
The Power Pause is a tool for
transforming yourself into BEING the one who will have the life you've
always wanted. The time for completing a transformation and the
experiencing of material results will vary. Some transformations will be
almost instantaneous and some will take more time. Transformation in a
nutshell is merely a change of attitude. Your circumstances will change
the moment you change your point of view about those circumstances.
The speed of your transformation will depend on the amount of
discomfort you're experiencing in your current reality. For instance, if
you were living in a rented house, up to your ears in debt, but wanting
to own your own home, you may have to work a while on that vision before
it becomes your reality.
One couple I know, lived through that sort of discomfort, with a
large family in a home too small. During that whole period, faced with
all sorts of apparent reasons why it couldn't happen, the wife continued
with the Power Pause, maintaining a vision of her family in that new
home. Six months later, the family moved into that new home.
Acquiring the Power Pause
Habit
Once you've done the Power
Pause, you can do it again and again. And when you get into the habit of
doing the Power Pause many times during your day, you won't have to
search for a moment of peace; peace will come to you the moment you
declare a Power Pause. It should take you less than three minutes to
complete this exercise each time you experience worry, doubt or fear. No
matter where you are or what's going on, you can take a moment to
declare a Power pause and cancel the stress, worry, doubt or fear you're
feeling in that situation. By using this process, you are exchanging a
bad-thinking habit for a good one -- replacing worrisome fear thoughts
with positive happy ones.
The Power Pause is a being and becoming exercise, the perfect
transformational tool. With the Power Pause, you create your vision of
BEING the solution. If there's an action step necessary to solving your
problem, the new you will know about that step and take it with
confidence!
The circumstances can't change until you have changed who you are
BEING relative to the circumstances. The Power Pause is the tool for
changing the pattern of your thinking.
