  8. Why am I publishing this newsletter?
1. The BEING SOLUTION explained again. 2. Now, here's two reasons why the BEING shift must always come first:

We humans are governed by two spiritual laws:

  1. The first law:We become what we think about
  2. The second law, The Law of Correspondence, says ,
"Who and what you HAVE in your life must
correspond, exactly, to who you have chosen to BE."
You might also call this second law, "The Law of Attraction"

What does this mean for you?
Once you accept these two rules as the governing principles in your
life, you will have found the solution to all your problems! How?

By merely changing the pattern of your thinking, you change who you
are BEING. When you change who you are BEING, the second law
takes over and you automatically attract who and what you want
    into your life.

Life really is that simple. LIfe is just complicated because we keep
    ignoring the governig principles.

Applying the principles: Once you focus on BEING a problem's
SOLUTION, you've created a new reality in which your problem has
    no reason to exist.

Think about it! Solving life's problems really is that simple.

With this newsletter, I'm giving you the simple solution for all
your problems. If you're wise, you will be using it to make your
biggest and your smallest problems dissolve and disappear like a
    like a bad dream.

That's my intention with this newsletter.
Isn't that why you're reading it -- to find the real solution for
    your problems?

If that's the case, if you really and truly are seeking a solution
for your problem, you might want to ask yourself why you're not
    acting on your intention.

Do you really want that problem solved?

Or would you rather keep your problem?

Believe it or not, that's not a dumb question!
You would be utterly amazed at the great numbers of people who
would rather live with their discomfort and unhappiness than to
face the unknown reality outside their box.

    So how about it?
If you're not quite ready to act on your intention to solve your
problem consider this: So, here are your choices If you're not clear about the question, Who would you be BEING
if you no longer had that problem, you might want to read
BEING THE SOLUTION and learn how to answer that question.

3.  This week's success story
You could label this week's success story:
Change your focus and solve your problem

In fact, you could label every BEING change success story
the same, because that's all be BEING shift is -- a change
of focus.

I've taken this week's story right out of my book because it
best explains "what's a BEING SOLUTION?" the main topic
of today's discussion.

This story comes from page 123,
Chapter 11, Your Way Past The Resistance,
BEING THE SOLUTION

Almost everyone has a problem.
So what’s your problem?
In regard to that problem, my question for you is:
     Who would you be BEING
if that were no longer a problem?
Here's what happened when I asked that question of someone who was
truly ready to find the solution for his problem.
He was ready to quit!
When J. G. (we’ll call him Jim) came to me for counseling, he was
ready to quit his job. Upset with his boss, Jim said,

“I love my job, but he’s trying to make me over into a clone
of himself. If I can’t be me in my job, I’ll have no choice but
to quit!”

Jim was hoping I would tell him what he could DO that would solve
his problem with his boss. Instead, I asked Jim the BEING question.
I said, “Who would you be BEING if you were receptive to
being coached as the one who would some day soon take over t
hat business?”

Jim’s shocked response: “Damn, this isn’t about him! It’s about
me, isn’t it?”

I introduced Jim to the Power Pause, a three-step process for
bypassing his problem, to BEING its solution. Then, Jim used the Power
Pause to change who he was BEING in his relationship to his boss. Six
months later, Jim’s boss walked out the door and handed him the keys.

4. What you could learn from Jim's BEING Success Story
(This also came out of BEING THE SOLUTION, same Chapter.)

Was this some kind of miracle?
Was Jim’s good fortune some kind of miracle? Was it a coincidence that
he inherited that business? No—not really! Changing your way of BEING,
as in choosing a new way of relating to the problem, can solve almost any
problem you can name.

That’s because your real problem is not with the circumstances, but rather
in your way of BEING relative to those circumstances.

As long as Jim continued to see his boss as a domineering, do-it-my-way
employer, he could never have solved his problem. Any attempt Jim made
to change his boss’ way of being would have failed and he would have had
to quit. To solve the problem, Jim changed the only thing he could change—
his own attitude about the problem.

As soon as he allowed himself to see his boss’ coaching as a blessing and
an opportunity, not a threat, his whole future in that job changed instantane-
ously. In that moment, Jim had transformed himself into one who no longer
had that problem.

If you choose to see Jim’s solution to the problem as a change in what he
was doing, you will have missed the point. The change that solved his
problem was the change he made in who he was BEING relative to the
perceived problem.

You’ll gain greater benefit from this example if you can see that Jim’s
perceived problem was never the real problem.  The solution to Jim’s
problem was never a change in the circumstances, but a change of
perception about those circumstances—a change of attitude.

I can just hear your mind chatter right now, telling you that Jim’s example
doesn’t fit your circumstances. As you read the chapters devoted to the
Power Pause solution to all types of problems, I think you’ll change your mind.

No matter what the problem, the soltion is allways the same!
  • Focus on the problem and your problem will persist.
  • Focus on the solution and your problem will have no reality in which to exist.
  • 5. Three questions to ask yourself every day 6. I need your story
Keep checking the drop down link on my web site. I'll get back to
adding BEING success stories there. I haven't put anything there for
a week or two because of the workshop starting and I'm in the
process of redoing my web site to be more focused on solving your
    particular problem.
    7. About the ongoing BEING workshop
I'm still getting "keep me posted on the workshop" requests from
my subscribers. If you're one of those who'd like to be made aware
of the upcoming workshop, we'll be sending out notices about that in
    about three or four weeks.

You're too late to be part of this one. It began two weeks ago. But we'll
schedule another workshop to start soon after this one ends. I'll keep
all of you posted and like before, those who've indicated an interest,
will have first right of refusal.

    8. Why am I publishing this newsletter
Where I'm really making a difference is when someone reads my book. Remember the elements in making a decision? Now, next the question: what does it cost you to decide not to decide?
