When You Say "I am" or "I
am not"
Whether you say "I am..." or I am
not..." you are making a BEING choice, a statement of identification. in either
case, whether you center on love or rejection, what you focus on will be pulled
into your reality. In this way we actually create what we fear. Our fear
spotlights our attention on what we don't want and that's what we manifest.
The solution to this problem of
attracting what we don't want, is first to just allow "what is" to BE, rather
than trying to control it. Then focus on what you DO want and your attraction
powers will manifest your desires.
But the process of letting go,
releasing the energies of rejection, is not a one-time event; it is an on-going
process. To let go of something, is to release the energy of a powerfully
deep-seeded way of being you. When you hate something, you've just naturally
bonded to what you hate. Whatever you've rejected with anger and hate has become
an embedded aspect of your self identification.
Any emotion is a powerful force for
attraction. Anything about which you feel
strongly is attracted to you. And there's a
lesson to be learned in that; if something triggers an emotion in you, that
feeling has a message for you.
In fact, the emotion is the message.
And the only way to get the message is to allow
yourself to feel that emotion.
As always, the only way out is through.
Once you've heard the message in that emotion, you will have released your focus
on it, and it will no longer dominate your reality. The end target in releasing
negative emotions would be "indifference".
The opposite of both anger and love
is indifference. But you cannot release a thing from your life by forcing
indifference. Your resistance will only intensify your feelings.
Indifference is acquired by a gradual process that
begins with accepting "what is" without intent to control, fix or change it.
Accepting "what is" does not mean
you must enjoy it, just that you cease rejecting it. Begin the process by
allowing yourself to feel the emotion as a meaningful experience. See the
feeling of it as a necessary part of the unfolding of your being, and once
you've gotten the intended message in that emotion, you will find that it will
be released from your reality.
To fully experience life, is not to
reject or to hold on to a part of it; it is simply to be present for the
experience. Life is experienced in the NOW. When you no longer have anything to
fear in life, you will be completely free.

How To Begin
How do you begin the process of creating moments of
now?
Experience each moment as though you had chosen it. No
matter what the circumstances, instead of asking yourself why this happened to
you (a victim Story), appreciate what's happening as though you had
intentionally chosen the experience. This approach takes you immediately outside
your victim story and puts you back in charge.
Just as darkness ceases to exist in the presence of
light, being conscious while in the now creates a positive field of energy in
which fear, negativity and discord cannot survive. I'm sure you can see the
awesome benefit and the gain in personal power that must result from your
acquiring the 'now" habit.
In the now, ego mind is no longer in attendance.

whatever he desires if he thinks correctly.
This is not done by holding thoughts,
but by knowing the truth.
Thoughts are seed planted in the subconscious. The
quality of your life will depend on the nature and the quality of the thought
seeds you've planted.
