The Price You Must Pay For Having What You Want

Did you know, that no matter what you want, the price you MUST pay to have it is always the same price?

In terms of dollars and cents, that wouldn't be true. But the real reason you don't already have what you want most dearly, is that it doesn't really belong in the reality of your current BEING choice.

To have what you want, you'd have to change who you are BEING. Or, in other words, to have it, you must give up being the one who doesn't have it. Yes, that's the real price for having what you want. And, no matter what you want, that price is always the same isn't it?

You see, as an individualization of God, you could have anything you could ever want in life. The way to having it is quite simple. Just choose to BE the one to whom it belongs and the Law of Attraction will click in to bring it into your life almost automatically.

Life really is that simple! So, why is it so hard to give up being the one who doesn't have it? The answer to that is also simple. Your ego fears that change, because it would have to die and be reborn into that new consciousness. And ego just naturally resists the dying.

You want the quality of your life to change, you'll have to find your way past your powerful ego's resistance to that change.

Self-help books, by telling us what to do, suggest that the creative order for any change in circumstances is DO/HAVE/BE. It just doesn't work that way, because they have the order backward. You won't ever be able to do what the authors suggest until you change yourself into the person who will do those things as a result of who you are, not in spite of.

 

The Game of Life is set up so that we must grow in consciousness before we can have that better life we want.

 

Having more requires a transformation,

which is the first, not the last step, in the order of creation.

 

We must BE before we can DO, and DO before we can HAVE. The correct order of creation for man is BE/DO/HAVE. The real question in life is whether you will choose to be or not to be the one who has what you want from life.

The fact that you and I have an ego will come as no surprise to you, but you may not have noticed just how determined your ego is to resist any change you try to make in the status quo. Your ego feels that it must keep everything the way it is if it is to survive. It sees a change in your point of view about life as a serious threat to it survival; it will resist any attempted change with all of its considerable might.

 

Your ego is quite aware of the fact that changing the way you relate to money, or anything else, will change who you are, and that self-image change is what it must avoid if your old image of self is to survive. Your ego's mission in life is:
