Last week we discussed the third step in
transforming the energy of upsets in personal empowerment. Let’s briefly
review.
The first week we began noticing when we
got upset and what it was that triggered that “upset feeling”. The second week
we began to notice even more; the thoughts, the feelings, the actions that
began and played out as we “reacted” to what upset us. Last week we began to
identify new thoughts and feelings that might better serve us, and perhaps
transform our upsets into strengths.

I promised you a cherry on top. And here
it is. Want to change your life in the most amazing of ways? Want to become
more magnetic to your good than you’ve ever experienced before?
Then rev up your appreciation machine…of
yourself! This is the cherry to end all cherries. Each time you think, feel,
say, and/or act in appreciation of your emotional skill set, you send a
powerful message, prayer, “high-five” to the Universe that raises your
vibration and attracts more good, a higher good to you like ants to
watermelon!
This is where I admit that I resisted
this last part of the process for far too long. My own coach would ask me,
“what did you say or do in appreciation of yourself” or “what did you say or
do to celebrate”, when I shared how I had handled some emotional situation
with more finesse. I would stumble all over myself trying to avoid the
question.
But you know, the constant, gentle
support and promptings paid off and I began to experiment. I’m here to say,
that once I began reaping the benefits, there was no looking back.
I’ve saved the best until last, but you
don’t have to. If you experiment with no other part of this four step process,
help yourself to generous servings of this “cherry”. Appreciate your
achievements and celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small and your
life with change in magical and wondrous ways.
I’d love to hear about it when it does.
Have a sweet celebration week,
Belinda
