
Do you really want to be rich?
Of course
you do!
Make no mistake about it,
thinking yourself rich is a science that can be mastered by anyone willing to
learn the intelligent application of the metaphysical
laws that make thinking yourself rich a science.
And like any other science, once
the student understands the principles involved, he or she can predict, with
certainty, the outcome of any mental science project.
What
exactly is a mental science project? Your science project, once you
decide to start the experiment, will begin the day you decide to test the
metaphysical principles involved in becoming rich -- that's the day you decide
to change the pattern of
your thinking and become rich.
To begin your understanding of the
process, know this:
Two powerful
mental science principles
(spiritual laws) govern who and what you and I may have in our lives:

The
Law of BEING:
We become what we think about,
and
-
The Law of
Attraction:
We automatically attract
who and what belongs in the reality of our BEING choices
For those who didn't know this,
metaphysical laws, (spiritual principles), like the laws of physics are laws that cannot be
broken. Take the Law of Gravity, for example.
How many times have you ever jumped out of bed
to run into the living room and see if your couch was where you left it the
night before? You've never done that have you? That's because you trust the
Law of Gravity implicitly.
Believe
me, you can trust The Law of BEING and The Law of Attraction with equal
faith and confidence. Just know that they'll work
each and every time you apply them in solving your money problems. And once
you've begun to witness positive results, you'll come to trust those laws to work
for your benefit just as certainly as you now, trust gravity.
So, how does one begin the
process of applying these two principles to the solving of one's money
problems?
The first
step in the process of thinking yourself rich
would be to take a long hard look at what you
have in your life right now, allowing yourself to see that you've boxed
yourself into that insufficient-income reality by thinking the thoughts that
created the the current situation. You've become the product of your thoughts and are now
reaping the benefit or the consequence belonging to that way of thinking.
In other words, the first step out of your
insufficient-income box
is to admit that you're boxed in by a poverty consciousness, and then to get that you created the box.
Think about it! Since the
governing rule
of life is,
"We become what we think about", you
have obviously become what you've thought
about most in your current relationship to money. So, if your life is lacking what you want and is filled with
stuff you do not appreciate or enjoy, you must first accept that you've thought
(boxed) yourself into that corner.
You must know, thinking logically, that your
problem exists because you've been focusing too much attention on what you
don't like about your life, giving very little thought to the solution for your problem.
For instance: If you spend more than you
make, your problem will seem to be the result of insufficient income, when in
fact, negative cash flow is usually caused by foolish spending habits.
If you don't think spending more than you make
is foolish, your attitude about spending is your real problem. And, almost everyone
with this overspend problem believes the solution to be an increase in income.
That's what you think, isn't it?
But that way of thinking is a trap that can only lead to more of the same!
The natural thing when faced with a negative cash flow, would be to look for
a DOING solution, like getting a second job, or working longer hours. But, if
the real problem is with your spending habits, then it should be obvious to
you that more income won't solve your problem
-- at least not for very long. If you're
seriously seeking a solution for your money problems, you'll see the truth in
that.
According to the Law of
Attraction, what we have or don't have in our lives is there or it's missing
as a result of who we've become. In other words, you created the problem by
choosing who you would BE.
And if that way of BEING was
created by the pattern of your thinking, then the only real solution for
your problem will be for you to change the pattern of your thinking. Until you've grasped that
concept, and made it your intention to change your thinking habits, you'll stay stuck, and you'll keep looking for DOING solutions for
what's really a BEING problem.
Once you're convinced that the
solution for your money problems would be your commitment to a new way of
BEING, then you must ask yourself,
"Who would I be BEING if my money
problem were solved?"
Remember, your problem was created while focusing too much
of your attention on the deficiency of income and almost none on the solution.
To reverse the pattern of your thinking and solve the problem, you'd have to
commit to taking your focus off the problem.
Make up your mind to focus your thoughts instead, on the
solution to your money problems, whatever that might be. And you must keep
this happy ending of your money problems in mind at all times until a
powerfully positive cash flow becomes the new reality.
Just keep remembering that 99% of all problems persist, because we humans
spend all our time thinking about our problems and very little time dreaming about the problem's
ultimate solution.
So, when you're up to your
neck in past due bills and being pestered by unfriendly bill collectors,
how do you stop thinking
about the negative aspect of your money problems?
The fact is, you won't ever make
your fear thoughts go away by trying to not be afraid. Everybody knows that
when you try to stop thinking about pink elephants, that's all you can think
about. So, rather than trying to stop thinking about the current
consequences of your money problems,
think instead about the grand and glorious solution for your problem.
Focus your thoughts and
feelings on what your life would look like and how you would feel if
your money problems were solved.
I hope you can see from what
you've read so far in this report, that thinking yourself rich is a science
-- a science that can be learned and applied by anyone ready to take
the first step of choosing to BE RICH.
The trick will be in getting that new BEING
choice past your own powerful, built-in resistance to the idea of being rich.
